Newsletter
AGC of Southeast Texas publishes a weekly newsletter listing various construction projects in the Southeast Texas area. Each listing consists of the bid date, pre-bid date, architect or engineer, scope of work, and addresses, phone & fax numbers of all contractors bidding the project. After each project bids, we list the three low bidders, and eventually the contractor who was awarded the project.
Plan Room
A plan room is located in the AGC of Southeast Texas building for your convienence. Contractors may do take-offs in our plan room anytime during regular office hours. The current projects on file board is located in the plan room.
Safety & Training Classes
AGC holds different safety and training classes throughout the year. Classes and registration are listed on the website and information on the classes is emailed to the members throughout the year. Also AGC has partnered with Lamar Institute of Technology and Safety Star Industrial to offer discounts on various classes. You can find information about the class discounts on safety page of the website.
Safety & Educational Videos
AGC has an extensive video library on different safety and educational topics for your company. These videos are to use during safety meetings and tool box talks. For more information on a list of available videos visit the AGC office.

You will receive a free membership to GradeBeam.com with your AGC membership. GradeBeam.com is AGC of Southeast Texas' online plan room. This will give you instant access to all of the project plans online.
Notary Service
AGC offers a free notary service to all members.

AGC has a conference room that is available for your office meetings.

NOAA Monthly Weather Reports
AGC downloads a weather report from the NOAA Bulletin Borad on a monthly basis. This report is available to all of our members on the members section of the website.
Copying, Printing & Computer Service
AGC has an HP510 Printer and a Xerox Copier in the Beaumont plan room. Also we can burn projects onto CD's or copy projects onto USB Drives.
Health Insurance & Workman's Comp.
The CompGroup AGC was formed by the Associated General Contractors for their General and Associate Members. Prospective and Active Members of AGC can receive a quote through their independent insurance agent.
